As outfits are made of custom sizes provided by you for your best fitting and interest, we cannot provide Returns, Cancellations and/or Exchange and we thus cannot provide Refunds upon successfully placing the order.

Our standard shipping duration is 15-20 days as we make outfits by the sizes you provide us. Orders are subject to get delayed due to the uncertain COVID 19 pandemic.
